Yoga is an ancient healing practice for enhancing the health of your physical, mental and emotional body.
When we practice, we are drawn into the present moment which offers us space to listen, to learn and to engage with what we are feeling.
We can take what we have learnt on the mat off of the mat and find more balance and peace in our everyday activities.
Everyone and anyone can practice yoga as it is not only about moving the physical body but observing that, Yoga is in Everything and Everything is Yoga.
I offer classes in Thame, Oxfordshire and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire with a variety of levels and styles.

My yoga practice began when I was 16 in a local village hall giggling in the back row with my mum. After battling anorexia and depression in my late teens and early 20s I began the journey of self-acceptation, which took me to India where I was awakened to this genuine practice of yoga once again (without the giggles)……
