Yoga for Stress and Anxiety – 8 week course
We will explore movement, breathing exercises and accessible meditations that are helpful for alleviating stress and anxiety. This course is available for everyone. It is an 8 week course and we get to know each other as a closed group of people. You will also be part of a closed facebook group and get access to short videos and meditations which we have practiced. This group can also act as a support network where you are able to be there for each other.
Each week we shall incorporate breath work, movement, meditation and general wellness of the body/soul/mind as we practice this wonderful yoga style mindfully to create balance and equanimity in everyday life. These classes are accessible for all levels of ability.
Alleviate stiffness, aches and pains by practicing yoga weekly. I include fun and accessible sequences to energise, stimulate and rejuvenate your body and mind. Available for all levels.
Find flexibility in your muscles and in your mind as you let yourself completely relax into supported postures for up to 5 minutes. Within this time we have the luxury of discovering internal sensations as they arise and use meditation and energy awareness (meridian lines from Traditional Chinese Medicine) to create a more harmonious and healthy mind, body, soul balance and flow. A really beautiful practice which is fully accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
We shall explore a more relaxing and therapeutic side to yoga whilst engaging in breath work, yoga postures and meditations. A perfect class for beginners or those looking for a more gentle approach. Starts on 18th July.
