Synchronising movement with breath as you flow in and out of postures. A dynamic, creative and energising yoga practice giving you the chance to explore some more interesting and challenging postures.
Each week we shall incorporate breath work, movement, meditation and general wellness of the body/soul/mind as we practice this wonderful yoga style mindfully to create balance and equanimity in everyday life. This style of yoga is accessible for all levels of ability.
Alleviate stiffness, aches and pains by practicing yoga weekly. I include fun and accessible sequences to energise, stimulate and rejuvenate your body and mind. Designed for people over 60.
Find flexibility in your muscles and in your mind as you let yourself completely relax into supported postures for up to 5 minutes. Within this time we have the luxury of discovering internal sensations as they arise and use meditation and energy awareness (meridian lines from Traditional Chinese Medicine) to create a more harmonious and healthy mind, body, soul balance and flow. A really beautiful practice which is fully accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
Fit Flow is a practice that combines high intensity cardio exercises with strengthening and opening yoga postures. Often in yoga we don’t get the chance to really raise the heart rate so this is a fantastic way to bring fitness, build strength and stretch out your body all in one practice.
Suitable for people of a good level of fitness and existing yoga practice but if you want to come along and give it a go then beginners are always welcome.
Brill Yoga Brunch
every few months we shall be holding a yoga brunch at Brill Memorial hall to bring people together to practice yoga and enjoy healthy food afterwards. A lovely social event where all people of all levels are welcome to join.
