Brill Yoga Brunch – Cleanse and Clear

After all the festivities over the passed few weeks it’s very easy to feel stuck and with ‘blue monday’ approaching we want to help you reset, cleanse and clear out the body and the mind to carry you through the rest of winter.
We will be exploring Kriyas, Meditation and pranayama as cleansing techniques used to purify the body and mind which ultimately open the pathways of the body, the nadis, the energy body, the mind, and the heart.
And of course following it up with a delicious and nutritious brunch!
